PHPHP License

PHPHP is beerware: If you ever meet me, you must buy me a beer. :-)
(Any exciting local specialities also welcome... for those of you who don't fancy alcohol)

Seriously, though: You may use PHPHP freely in commercial or non-commercial projects. You may modify PHPHP as much as you wish, but you must send me any modifications you made (preferably as a patch file). You agree that I may or may not incorporate your modifications in future PHPHP releases. You may require your name to be mentioned in the PHPHP credits (or you can tell me not to mention you), if you sent me modifications and I incorporate significant parts of them into my project. Please mention this when you send me something.

I decide, if in doubt, what represents a "significant part". Themes (_kopf.html, _fuss.html, css.php page->menu(), etc), new template designs, or complete extensions to the base class are usually considered "significant parts", just like fixes for serious functionality bugs.

You may put a note on your PHPHP-enabled website linking back to this page ("powered by ..."). You must not change copyright or licensing information in the PHPHP source files, especially if (but not only if) you distribute them. You may NOT claim PHPHP is your own work and sell it under these premises. Your customers and those people who receive PHPHP or parts of it from you (also if you incorporated PHPHP or parts of it into your own project) must be informed that PHPHP is freely available on this site and must be handed a copy of this license.

I do not charge money for PHPHP. I do not forbid other people to charge money for it as long as they inform their customers about this site.
